The Sisters of Notre Dame congratulate Priest Msgr. John C. Iffert, who was appointed by Pope Francis to be the next bishop of the Diocese of Covington, Kentucky. The Sisters of Notre Dame have served in the Diocese of Covington since 1874. SND also thanks Bishop Roger J. Foys for 19 years of service as Bishop of Covington and send him best wishes in retirement.
